North Star Community Services in Waterloo, IA seeks a Service Coordinator for its Supported Living Program. You will supervise, train, schedule, and direct support professional staff, and act as a resource for staff while fostering positive relationships with the people served and their families.

The position emphasizes coordination, training, and strong communication to ensure quality services and compliance with program goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• Two years of progressive experience working with persons with disabilities preferred.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office 365; keyboarding skills.
• Have a reliable vehicle to fulfill responsibilities in the absence of the agency vehicle.
