Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in social or behavioral sciences with relevant experience required.
• High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or 5 years total experience with 1+ year in similar role.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with members and staff; must maintain professional recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (Facilitators and Direct Care) including hiring, promotion, training, evaluation, discipline, and meetings.
• Coordinate with Financial, Medical, QA, and Schedule departments to support member services and transportation.
• Develop and monitor individual service plans; maintain contact with members, guardians, and agencies.
