Job summary

Golden Gate Regional Center is seeking a Support Living Specialist in San Francisco, CA to advance housing initiatives and improve outcomes for people served. The role involves coordinating services with community partners, DDS, and providers, while maintaining compliance with SLS regulations and agency policies.

The position requires a Master's in Social Work or related field and at least 2 years in social services, with strong budgeting, negotiation, and program development skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 2+ years in social services.
• Experience interpreting policies, procedures, legislation and regulations for programs (Regional Center & Lanterman Act).

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and implement an integrated system of supported living options.
• Liaise with providers and with DDS on issues regarding supported living services.
• Develop housing resources and negotiate rates with vendors.
• Manage contracts and budgets, and monitor program outcomes.
• Prepare required reports and provide staff training on SLS regulations.
