Job summary

A Bright Future, Inc. in North Bay Area (Vallejo - Napa) seeks a Community Support Facilitator (CSF) to provide leadership and supervision for Community Living Instructors across Supported Living Services (SLS) and Independent Living Services (ILS).

This role emphasizes quality, staff development, participant safety, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with Regional Centers, families, conservators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure person-centered services that promote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum two years of direct support experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• Experience coordinating services within SLS/ILS or comparable human services program preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Community Living Instructors (CLIs).
• Coordinate staff training, performance coaching, and development.
• Ensure participant-specific support plans and behavioral strategies are understood.
• Maintain staffing levels and coordinate schedule coverage.
• Oversee IPP/ISP implementation, behavioral support, and health care plans.
