Toolworks in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Program Case Manager to oversee Supported Living services for adults with disabilities. You will supervise Community Living Instructors and Leads, manage a caseload of six to eight clients, and ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.

Candidates with an MSW and active California ASW registration are encouraged to apply. Toolworks may provide clinical supervision toward LCSW licensure for eligible employees, with hours qualifying per

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred.
• MSW and CA ASW registration highly desirable.
• Three years' experience supporting adults with disabilities; supervisory experience valued.

Responsabilidades

• Emergency Response: manage and respond to emergencies ensuring safety and continuity of care.
• Client Engagement: maintain regular contact with clients and support networks to foster independence.
• Staff Leadership: recruit, train, and mentor team to provide exceptional support.
• Administrative Excellence: oversee scheduling, training compliance, and safety procedures.
• Community Representation: act as ambassador for Toolworks and uphold company values.
