Toolworks' Supported Living Program serves, the San Francisco, San Mateo County, and East Bay Areas. If you're passionate about making a real difference and have the drive to lead, we want you on our team!

About the Role

As a Program Case Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission, ensuring that our clients lead fulfilling lives in the communities of their choice. The Program Manager supervises Community Living Instructors and Leads, coordinates individualized services for a caseload of six to eight clients, monitors service quality and regulatory compliance, and supports clients in achieving greater independence. Qualifying experience will depend on assigned duties, the supervision plan, and California BBS requirements; not all hours worked may qualify toward licensure.
