Job summary

KenCrest is seeking an Outcomes Specialist to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Center Square, PA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday during standard business hours, focusing on advocacy, involvement, and life decisions to ensure the voices of those served are heard and respected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Experience working in case management (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Clear criminal record and background checks as required by state.

As an Outcome Specialist, you are entrusted with ensuring involvement and choice of the individuals you serve as it pertains to their life decisions, advocating for their rights, overseeing the coordination of services, and offering other supports as needed to promote health, wellness, and happiness.
