Job summary

KenCrest Services seeks an Employment Supervisor to lead our Supported Employment program for adults and transition-aged youth, while remaining actively involved in direct service. You will supervise a team of Job Coaches and Employment Specialists, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and maintain a small caseload to support participants.

The role emphasizes inclusive employment, partnership development with employers, schools, and funding partners, and ongoing program improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, Rehabilitation, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human services, employment services, education, or a related field.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• ACRE Certification or CESP credential preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities in employment settings.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
