KenCrest Services is seeking an Outcomes Specialist to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday during standard business hours and emphasizes advocacy, coordination of services, and promoting the rights and happiness of those served.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field, have at least two years of I/DD experience, and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clear criminal record and background checks in accordance with state requirements.

Responsabilités

• Advocate for rights and life choices of individuals served.
• Coordinate services across programs to support health, wellness and happiness.
• Promote community participation and independence for the individuals supported.
• Monitor progress and report outcomes to care teams.
