Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED/HS diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting individuals with DD/ID preferred.
• Valid Kentucky driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and TB assessment.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with OVR and agencies to support participants in employment.
• Develop person-centered employment plans.
• Provide job readiness training: applications, resumes, interview prep.
• Partner with employers to create and maintain opportunities.
• Conduct job site coaching and task analyses for retention.
• Maintain accurate records and case files per standards.
• Coordinate with case managers and teams to provide holistic support.
• Engage in professional development and maintain required certifications.

• Work with the Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) and other agencies to support participants in employment.
• Assist participants in developing person-centered plans for employment success.
• Provide job readiness training, including application assistance, resume building, and interview preparation.
• Partner with employers to identify, develop, and maintain employment opportunities for participants.
• Conduct job site coaching, task analysis, and ongoing support to ensure job retention.
• Maintain accurate records and case files following organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with case managers, referral agencies, and team members to provide holistic support.
• Participate in professional development activities and maintain required certifications.

Requirements:

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to perform tasks such as prolonged standing, medium lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Comfort working in diverse environments, including outdoor and off-site locations.
