Job summary

BARYEH HOMECARE SOLUTIONS LLC seeks a dedicated Supported Employment Specialist in Louisville, KY. You will work with agencies to help participants find and maintain suitable work opportunities, while delivering job readiness training and ongoing support.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, plus a valid KY driver’s license. We value collaboration with case managers and employers to enable client independence and community inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting individuals with DD/ID preferred.
• Valid Kentucky driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass criminal record check, drug screen, and TB risk assessment.

About the Role:

BARYEH HOMECARE SOLUTIONS LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Supported Employment Specialist to join our team in Louisville, KY. Responsibilities:

• Work with the Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) and other agencies to support participants in employment.
• Assist participants in developing person-centered plans for employment success.
• Provide job readiness training, including application assistance, resume building, and interview preparation.
• Partner with employers to identify, develop, and maintain employment opportunities for participants.
• Conduct job site coaching, task analysis, and ongoing support to ensure job retention.
• Maintain accurate records and case files following organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with case managers, referral agencies, and team members to provide holistic support.
• Participate in professional development activities and maintain required certifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or High school diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting individuals with DD/ID (preferred).

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
