JEVS Human Services seeks a Supported Employment Manager for the JEVS hireAbility program in New Jersey. This leadership role oversees Supported Employment and Pre-Employment Transition Services, guiding staff and ensuring high-quality participant outcomes.

The role champions Employment First, builds partnerships with employers and community organizations, and aligns program goals with funder requirements. Strong supervision and data-driven decision making are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human services, behavioral sciences, human resources, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of demonstrated leadership experience in disability employment, including experience with program development and program management.
• Experience supervising, coaching, or developing staff.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or employment services.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use data and performance measures to monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Supported Employment, Pre-Employment Transition Services, and other programs.
• Champion Employment First principles and promote competitive, integrated employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
• Establish and monitor program goals, objectives, and performance measures in collaboration with leadership.
• Coordinate staffing and resources to meet participant, program, and funder needs.
• Identify opportunities for program growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
