Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Supported Employment, Pre-Employment Transition Services, and other assigned programs.
• Champion Employment First principles and promote competitive, integrated employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
• Establish and monitor program goals, objectives, and performance measures in collaboration with leadership.
• Coordinate staffing and resources to effectively meet participant, program, and funder needs.
• Identify opportunities for program growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Community Employment Specialists and Lead Community Employment Specialists.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities to strengthen staff knowledge, skills, and service delivery.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and other employee relations activities in partnership with Human Resources and program leadership.
• Promote effective communication, conflict resolution, and positive team relationships.
• Monitor program data for accuracy, timeliness, and reporting to funders and internal departments.
• Monitor staff training compliance with required regulations and funder requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers, community organizations, provider agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Represent JEVS hireAbility in professional networks, associations, and community activities.
• Monitor program billing, accounts receivable, and other financial indicators to support fiscal stability.
• Assist with budget development and monitor financial performance against goals.
• Prepare and provide timely operational and financial reports to leadership.
• Develop corrective action plans when performance or financial goals are not met.
