You will also help employers identify accommodations and ensure accurate reporting for funders and finance.

The role emphasizes building strong employer partnerships, completing required data and progress reports, and assisting with transportation when needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time employment in a related field required.
• Post secondary education may substitute for one year of experience.
• Reliable vehicle, valid license, and proof of insurance required.
• Motor vehicle record screening and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program manager for participants in caseload.
• Provide or arrange job coaching for program participants.
• Orient clients to host employer policies and procedures.
• Solicit feedback from employers on coaching effectiveness.
• Maintain positive relationships with employers and funders.
• Develop individual service plans and maintain case files.
• Monitor expenses and ensure efficient mission services.
