Job summary

We are care ltd. is seeking a Support Worker to assist young adults with learning disabilities in small residential homes around Bourne. You will support daily living, while promoting safety and independence for individuals with challenging behaviours.

Regular shifts available with fair pay and holiday pay included in your hourly rate. Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply is required, with right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience with a reference.
• Experience with learning disabilities, autism or PBS is a big plus.
• Right to work in the UK; Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support young adults in small residential homes around Bourne and Grantham.
• Assist with daily living tasks and behaviours that challenge.
• Promote wellbeing and safety while encouraging independence.
