Job summary

We are care ltd. is seeking care staff to cover evening shifts with sleep-in nights in small supported living homes around Bourne and Grantham. You will provide evening support, then a paid sleep-in, followed by a morning handover.

The role serves adults with learning disabilities, offering predictable shifts booked weeks in advance. Experience with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is a plus; a minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience with a reference is required, along
