We are care ltd. is seeking a Supported Living Support Worker / HCA in Warminster to help adults live independently in their own homes. The role covers learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, with flexible day and night shifts.

Training is provided, and you can choose shifts that suit you. Experience in supported living or UK care settings, plus a DBS check or willingness to apply, are required along with right to work in the UK.

Qualifikationen

The role:

• Supporting adults to live as independently as possible in their own homes
• Learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and behaviours that challenge
• Part-time and full-time hours, days and nights
• Training provided

What you need:

• Supported living, learning disability or mental health experience is a real plus
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply
