Dimensions is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist five individuals aged 20s-60s with learning disabilities and health needs in WR5. You will help maintain independence, support routines and enable an active lifestyle in a vibrant, person-centred home.

Key responsibilities include personal care, meals, medication administration, mobility support, and encouraging participation in activities. Training is provided; shifts include varied hours to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided.
• Comfortable supporting people with learning disabilities and health needs.
• Willing to work across shifts including early and late patterns.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assist with meals and feeding support.
• Support medication administration and health monitoring as required.
• Assist with mobility and transfer safety.
• Support daily routines and independence.
• Encourage participation in activities and outings.
• Support health and wellbeing of individuals.
