Job summary

We Are Care is seeking experienced support workers for small residential homes around Bourne and Grantham, supporting young adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.

Shifts this week and on a regular basis after that. Days, nights and weekends are available; you choose the shifts that suit you. Competitive pay with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension where eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Ability to work flexibly across days, nights and weekends.
• Reliable and good communication with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support young adults with learning disabilities in daily living tasks.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities as needed.
• Record observations and report any changes to supervisors.
