AA Euro Healthcare is recruiting Support Workers to join a leading national social care provider; work supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs across Eastbourne services.

Flexible agency shifts, weekly pay, and ongoing recruitment support are offered. You will help clients with daily living, dignity, and community engagement while prioritising safeguarding and person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Experience in health or social care is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care when needed.

• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation.

About the Role

AA Euro Healthcare is currently recruiting Support Workers to join a leading national social care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex support requirements across services in Eastbourne.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing.
• Assisting individuals with daily living activities and personal care where required.
• Supporting service users to participate in community activities, hobbies, and appointments.
• Encouraging choice, dignity, inclusion, and self-determination.
• Assisting with medication administration in line with service procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records and completing relevant documentation.
• Identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns appropriately.
• Building positive and professional relationships with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience within health and social care is desirable but not essential.
• A compassionate and person-centred approach to support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is advantageous (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.
