Beyond Limits is seeking supportive workers to help Shannon live independently as she moves into her own home. A driver with their own car is essential, and waking nights may be required.
We value kindness, team spirit, firm boundaries, and non-judgmental support. Experience with autism is preferred. Benefits include generous leave, pension, sick pay, and ongoing training.
Shannon is getting to know herself better, and we are looking for support workers who would be happy to support her on this new journey.
She is moving into her own home. Although she is happy about the move, she may find the change in routine challenging. Shannon will need your support to live independently and adapt to her new life. She loves her little Yorkshire Terrier, so you must be comfortable around dogs. Going to the cinema is another of her passions. If you believe you can be part of Shannon’s story and help her to live independently, we’d love to have a chat with you.
