Dimensions Worcester Open Day roles are for Support Workers to assist four men with learning disabilities and other needs. You will provide daily care, mobility support, and companionship in a welcoming, energetic team in Worcester (WR5).

Training is provided, and there is a clear emphasis on building relationships and enabling everyday life. Requirements include a great sense of humour, a positive attitude, and a willingness to be involved in activities, with a valid UK manual driving licence

Formación

• Experience not required – training provided.
• Great sense of humour and positive energy.
• Comfortable driving with a UK manual licence.

Responsabilidades

• Support people with personal care.
• Use hoists and specialist equipment.
• Support wheelchair users.
• Meal preparation assistance.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Support people to attend activities and appointments.
• Build meaningful relationships and understand individual communication styles.
