Job summary

TFI Family Services in Florida is seeking a dedicated Support Worker. You will collaborate with Case Managers to support children and families, teaching life skills and helping families access needed resources.

You’ll join a team focused on empathy and learning, with a hybrid schedule and a starting hourly rate of $16.63, plus leave and tuition benefits. This role supports community impact and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 years' experience working with children and families.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

What You’ll Do:

As a Support Worker, you’ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. You’ll:

• Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
• Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.

What You Need

• A high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 Years previous work experience with children and families
• A willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
