TFI Family Services in Kansas is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team hybrid. You will work with Case Managers to help children and families build healthy relationships and strong foundations.

You will teach life skills, connect families to resources, and create plans to improve lives, while staying positive and advocating for kids and families. Training is provided to help you succeed at every step.

What You’ll Do:

As a Support Worker, you’ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. You’ll:

• Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.
• Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
• Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.

What You Need

• A high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 Years previous work experience with children and families
• A willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
