TFI Family Services is seeking a Support Worker to collaborate with Case Managers in helping children and families build healthy relationships and strong foundations. You will teach life skills, connect families with resources, and advocate for kids and their families.

The role offers hybrid work options and a supportive team focused on real community impact, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training. A Predictive Index assessment is part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 Years previous work experience with children and families
• Willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
