Job summary

TFI Family Services in Kansas is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team and work with children and families in a hybrid role. You will collaborate with Case Managers to build healthy relationships and strong foundations for families under care.

You’ll teach life skills, help connect families to resources, and advocate for kids, while staying positive through challenging situations. A rewarding role with growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 Years previous work experience with children and families.
• A willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
