Job summary

TFI Family Services in the United States is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist children and families alongside Case Managers in building healthy relationships and strong foundations. You’ll teach life skills and advocate for kids in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

You’ll connect families with resources, help create plans to improve their lives, and stay positive even in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 Years previous work experience with children and families
• Willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
