ConneXu Whanau in New Zealand is seeking a dedicated Community Facilitator to work with our disabled partners, helping them achieve goals, maintain independence at home, and engage more fully in their communities.
You will provide personal cares, assist with appointments, support life skills such as budgeting and study, and build positive, supportive relationships. Training, well-being benefits, and opportunities to progress to permanent roles are offered.

Our Community Facilitators (support workers) who work alongside our partners are the cornerstone of our organisation. A Community Facilitator works alongside our disabled partners to enable good lives, drive normal outcomes and to encourage our partners to achieve their dreams!

A great Community Facilitator is innovative in providing support to our Disabled Partners and provides a positive influence in their lives. The ability to build genuine relationships and move forward with our disabled partners’ aspirations will be key to your success in this role. A Community Facilitator who wants to empower our partners, be healthy and fit, and be open to becoming a permanent employee if they prove to be a good fit for the role.
