Job summary

Thera East is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our inclusive team, helping adults with a learning disability to live the lives they choose.

You will provide personal and emotional support, assist with daily living, planning, leisure and travel, and work in clients' homes or community settings. Training is provided and opportunities for growth are available.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities to develop skills and achieve personal goals.

• Work within an inclusive team using a person-centred approach.

This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.

You maybe be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.
