Job summary

Agincare in Weymouth is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to support clients and care teams in the community. You will visit clients, check in with your team, and ensure high-quality care is delivered with confidence and support.

The role requires supervisory experience in social care, strong organisational skills, and 40 hours/week availability including on-call shifts. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level is required.
• Well-organised, self-motivated approach.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews.
• Monitor wellbeing and safety of clients.
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision.
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas.
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are upheld.
• Take part in on-call rota, including some weekend work.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, youll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. Youll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.

In this role, you will:
