Your Life Your Way in Northwich, Cheshire, is seeking Care Support Assistants to join a dedicated team. You will receive full training and earn £15.00 per hour on day shifts.

This is a full-time role (36 hours) with a mix of day and night shifts, staying with one person during each shift to provide focused, meaningful care. About the Role

As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £15.00 per hour for day shifts. The role will be a full time (36 hours) with mixture of day and night shifts (sleeping & waking). You’ll spend your whole shift with one person, no travelling between sites, just focused, meaningful support.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals to take part in meaningful activities, both within the service and in the community
• Assisting clients in their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Administering medication when required
