Job summary

Agincare is seeking a compassionate Care and Support Assistant to provide dedicated support to one gentleman with autism, focusing on building a trusting relationship and understanding his individual needs.

You will maintain a positive, professional relationship with his family, liaising regularly to share updates and work collaboratively to ensure a consistent, person-centred approach that supports his wellbeing and independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Full UK driving licence required.

A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining a positive, professional relationship with his family. You will liaise regularly with family members, communicating effectively,

sharing relevant updates, and working collaboratively to ensure a consistent, person-centred approach that meets his needs and promotes his wellbeing.

While your main responsibility will be

supporting this

individual, you will also be expected to provide care and

support to other service users within the service as required. This includes promoting independence, assisting with daily living activities,

supporting social and community engagement, and ensuring the wellbeing, dignity, and

individual choices of everyone you

support.
