Job summary

Agincare in Frome is seeking a Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live more independently. You’ll provide person-centred guidance, assist with daily routines, and accompany people on community activities, holidays, and social outings, building trust and meaningful connections.

Qualifications

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust.
• A team player who values consistency.
• A Full UK driving licence.
• 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
