Position: Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs

Responsibilities include:

1. Repair and maintain our games, simulators, and technical equipment.
2. Assist Guests and ensure optimal game conditions at all times.

NITTY GRITTY DETAILS :

• Deliver an exceptional Guest experience through food, drinks, and games.
• Communicate promptly with supervisors about issues and take corrective actions.
• Provide timely service, manage wait times, and share information with Guests and Team Members.
• Greet Guests enthusiastically and perform multiple job functions.
• Repair and maintain amusement equipment efficiently.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games, securing storage areas.
• Assist Guests with requests, questions, and recommendations.
• Ensure Guest satisfaction and invite them to return.
• Report any Guest concerns to management.
• Stock, display, and secure merchandise; conduct inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Midway games and storage areas.
• Set up displays to promote sales and increase Guest traffic.
• Perform routine maintenance on games and assist with store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Technical or electrical skills are preferred but not required.
• Must communicate clearly with Guests and team members.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Demands:

• Work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Work on extension ladders and in noisy, fast-paced environments.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
