Job summary

Vector Security in Louisville, KY is seeking a Support Technician to assist experienced technicians with installations and servicing for residential and commercial customers. This entry-level role emphasizes learning, reliability, and strong communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. No industry experience - Required.
• Receives skills and training from management, peers, and training curriculum.
• Certification/License: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Communication: Must be able to effectively communicate with various individuals in a professional manner in order to provide superior customer service.
• Technical: Must be able to understand technical functionality of various systems learned online and/or via hands-on instruction.

Responsibilities

• Employ basic logic skills and ability to walk through a simple issue to resolution.
• Utilize hand tools and basic power tools.

Job Location: Louisville, KY / On the Road

The Support Technician is an entry-level position . The candidate will assist more senior technicians with install ation s and /or servicing of residential and /or commercial customers as required . Responsibilities also include a willingness and ability to learn , organizational skills and effective communications .

Responsibilities:
