Job Description: Gaming Support Techs / Midway Techs at Dave & Buster's

Responsibilities include:

  1. Repair and maintain games, simulators, and technical equipment to ensure optimal guest experience.
  2. Assist guests with game repairs and troubleshooting, maintaining ideal game conditions at all times.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, making recommendations, and bidding farewell.
  4. Manage ticket loading, refilling, and secure storage for redemption games.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the midway, tech room, and storage areas.
  6. Perform routine maintenance on games and equipment as directed.
  7. Assist with merchandise stocking, display, and inventory management.
  8. Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work on ladders.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Additional Notes:

  • Physical demands include working in noisy, fast-paced environments and moving about the facility.
  • Technical or electrical skills are preferred but not required.
