Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking technically minded individuals for a manufacturing-focused IT/Help Desk support role in Charlotte, NC. The position involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a production environment and applying logical problem-solving to identify root causes.

Ideal candidates have Help Desk or IT Support experience and are comfortable working the 3rd shift or full-time 3rd shift. Manufacturing experience is a plus and on-site work is required.

• Day Shift: Two 12-hour shifts, Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM

Immediate Need: Part-Time Weekend Day Shift and Full-Time 3rd Shift candidates.

Position Overview

We're seeking technically minded individuals who enjoy troubleshooting hardware and software issues and can logically work through problems to identify root causes. This role is ideal for candidates with Help Desk, Desktop Support, Geek Squad, IT Support, Field Technician, or other technical troubleshooting experience who are interested in applying those skills in a manufacturing environment.

Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
