Job summary

Tory Burch in Mercedes, TX is seeking a Support Supervisor to greet customers, assist as a cashier and runner, and help enforce store policies. You will support front- and back-of-house operations while leading a team in delivering a transformational customer experience.

2–4 years of experience in a high-volume retail environment is required; stock-related experience is a plus. Open availability for evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays is necessary, and you must be able to lift up to 40

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Stock-related experience is a plus.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in front- and back-of-house operations and resolve conflicts.
• Support the team to deliver a transformational customer experience.
• Assist with packing/unpacking shipments and organizing the stock room to ensure product flow and store efficiency.
• Greet customers, assist as a runner and cashier, answer phones, and help enforce operational policies.
