Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Support Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. You’ll help manage front and back-of-house operations, ensuring a transformational customer experience while leading by example.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in retail, open availability, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. You’ll contribute to an inclusive, engaging culture with opportunities for professional development and paid volunteer days.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in front of the house and back of the house operations.
• Lead by example and manage conflict to support the team.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to ensure smooth product flow.
• Answer phones and perform cashiering and greeter duties as needed.
