Job summary

Tory Burch in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Support Supervisor to lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including greeter, runner, cashier, and stockroom activities, to deliver a transformational customer experience.

You will join a collaborative team with a commitment to excellence, flexible shifts (including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends), and opportunities to grow within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Stock-related experience a plus.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier and answer phones.
• Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow.
• Lead by example and manage conflict to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience.
