Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of high-volume retail experience, open availability for evenings and weekends, and the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• The typical day includes greeter, runner, cashier, phone duties and enforcing store policies to support product flow.
• As the Support Supervisor, lead by example, manage conflict and identify opportunities to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience.
• Collaborate with a professional team to ensure exceptional service and efficient operations.
