Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Support Supervisor to join our high-volume retail team on site. You will greet customers, assist with transactions, and help manage stock while upholding brand standards.

You will lead by example, resolve conflicts, and support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience through collaborative, energetic leadership and a shared passion for excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment, stock-related experience a plus.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• The typical day is… atypical. You might be acting greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, understanding and executing operational policies and procedures, packing/unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth running of the store.
• As the Support Supervisor, you lead by example, managing conflict and identify opportunities to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience.
