Job summary

Golden Heart Senior Care Franchise, LLC seeks compassionate DSPs to provide in-home direct care for clients with disabilities and seniors. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, transportation, and medication reminders in a home-like setting.

We value reliable, patient individuals and offer flexible shifts, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement. Prior CNA/CMA experience is a plus, and paid on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medication Manager or CMA certification preferred.
• Experience with ADLs, meal prep, transportation, hygiene assistance.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Meal preparation, housekeeping, and home management tasks.

2 Shifts per week | 16 Hours Each (Weekend Coverage) 3-5 Shifts per week | 8 Hours (Monday-Friday) Overnights, Lead DSP (ask about this position in the interview) 10am - 6 pm or 4 pm - 12 am at our Waiver Homes

About the Role

DSPs providing Direct Care and working alongside other Support Staff in the home for clients with disabilities (intellectual or behavioral) will be working with individuals who may need hygiene assistance, cooking assistance, transportation, dressing needs, among other duties specified in their service plans. Having your CNA/CMA/or being a Home Health Aide will make you stand out amongst other applicants.
