Job summary

HER Community Services LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with disabilities. You will support daily living, help with hygiene, meals, and participation in community activities, and document progress in ISPs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or in human services preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and client-centered attitude.
