What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide friendly, courteous technical support for business users via phone and email
- Conduct triage for incoming calls and follow escalation procedures
- Log all calls and update entries when actions are taken
- Follow up with users on services, solutions, or products to ensure satisfaction
- Create and maintain appropriate documentation and monitor service quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education: Technical Diploma
- 1 to 2 years of experience providing first-level customer support for technical IT issues
- Experience with networks, operating systems, and applications like MS Office and Windows
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with IT support methodologies such as ITIL and ITSM
- Understanding of customer service processes and service level agreements
- Knowledge of project management methodology (PMP)
- Business knowledge of related systems
