Justice Resource Institute in Natick, MA seeks a Support Specialist to provide high-quality supports to adults with developmental disabilities in Willow Tree Day Habilitation Programs in Natick and Northboro. You will organize daily activities, implement treatment objectives, and supervise community outings.

Qualifications include being 21+, high school diploma preferred, and experience with developmental disabilities.

Are you the Support Specialist we have been looking for? JRI's Developing Abilities program provides opportunities for people to live in homes and apartments in their communities and to grow through job training, supported employment and day habilitation services. We provide therapeutic and social supports to enrich the lives of people with disabilities.

We are looking for Support Specialists to work in our Willow Tree Day Habilitation Programs in Natick and Northboro!

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older.
