Berkshire Meadows at Justice Resource Institute is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our support and direct care team in Great Barrington, MA. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and provides comprehensive training to support individuals with complex medical and developmental differences.

Earn $19.00 to $25.00 per hour with incentives such as bonuses for referrals and bilingual pay.

Qualificações

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to establish clear professional boundaries and consistently implement all policies and procedures, rules and regulations of JRI.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsabilidades

• Learn about our mission and culture and receive First Aid, CPR, and physical intervention training.
• Provide direct care to children and adults with developmental disabilities.
• Help prepare instructional materials and maintain cleanliness of the room.
• Assist with meals, dressing, bathing, and residential activities to keep clients safe and engaged.
• Shadow experienced staff members and participate in orientation specific to the site.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to come join our support and direct care team at Berkshire Meadows! We offer multiple services and programs for individuals with complex and significant medical, intellectual and developmental differences.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future

• Referral Bonus: You will receive $1,000 for every full-time employee and $500 for every part-time employee you refer.
• Work Life: This positions schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM!
• No work experience or college degree needed! Come ready to learn and we will provide all the resources necessary for you to excel!
• Additional Compensation: If you have an Associate degree you will receive an additional $0.25/hr and with a Bachelor's degree you will get an additional $0.50/hr.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

• Become knowledgeable in how to keep clients safe, engaged and active through assisting with meals, dressing, bathing, and residential activities.
