Justice Resource Institute in Natick seeks a Health Care Supervisor for the Willow Tree Day Habilitation Programs. You will coordinate health care services, follow physician orders, and supervise staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
The role requires RN or LPN licensure, a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (or related field), and at least two years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $34.00 to $38.85per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Requirements:
Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is required.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work efficiently and independently without direct supervision or colleagues present.
Valid driver’s license, with the ability to transport individuals in agency vehicles as well as your own vehicle when needed.
Background checks and driving record evaluations will be conducted.
