Job summary

Labcorp in Lakewood, CO is hiring a Support Services Team Leader for the 12pm–8:30pm shift. The role oversees day-to-day lab operations, prepares specimens, and drives process improvements while ensuring quality control and policy enforcement.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3 years in a lab setting, and supervisory experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required.

Labcorp is seeking a Support Services Team Leader to join our team in Lakewood, CO.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday from 12pm to 8:30pm. 2nd Shift.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision of the day-to-day operations of the department

Minimum Qualification

Preferred Qualification

• Current or prior Labcorp experience
• Associates degree
• 3 years of experience in a medical/clinical laboratory experience
• 3 years supervisory or leadership experience

• Familiarity with laboratory operations as well as policies and procedures
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

Pay range: $23-$27 plus 2nd shift differential

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
