• Coordinate, train, direct and supervise Customer Service Representatives, Unit Clerks and Medical Records clerks.
• Serve as expert in software applications used within these areas.
• Perform patientReception, registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and health information storage duties.
• Participate in the departmental quality improvement program and prepare regular reports.
